Director of Information Technology

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the company’s IT strategy, creating a clear 12–24 month roadmap aligned with business priorities, growth plans, and operational needs.
• Establishing accountability and process discipline across the organization — identifying where standards aren't being followed, setting clear expectations, and driving adoption even where there's resistance.
• Partnering closely with leadership to proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and gaps across systems, security, tooling, and processes.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience leading IT strategy and systems architecture at a 500–1500 employee company in high-growth environments.
• Proven success consolidating fragmented tooling environments and driving more standardized, scalable systems.
• Deep experience with identity and access management in complex SaaS environments and understanding of modern SaaS ecosystems and integrations.
