Position Responsibilities:
- In partnership with the IT Director, lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT Engineers
- Act as the final escalation point for complex IT Engineering and Helpdesk issues
- Drive implementation of strategic, systemic solutions to eliminate recurring issues
Required Qualifications:
- 7–10+ years of progressive experience in IT engineering, systems administration, or platform ownership roles
- Proven experience leading technical teams
- Strong background in Identity and access management
