Senior Manager, Corporate Technology

What you'll do:

• Own IT help desk end-to-end, including equipment provisioning, break-fix, SLO definition, and continuous improvement.
• Manage and mature the productivity stack, including Google Workspace, Slack, email delivery, and SaaS tools.
• Ship an IT strategy and capability roadmap within your first 90 days.

What we're looking for:

• You know what "good" looks like because you've run an IT or corporate technology function at a high-growth startup.
• Deep Google Workspace and Slack expertise - not casual familiarity, but the configuration nuances a power user would never know.
• Security-conversant - you understand the security implications of the tools you manage and can tighten things up without disrupting users.
