Role Overview:
- Act as the subject matter expert for mold inspection, remediation, and sanitation.
- Drive consistent, high-quality mold services across multiple markets.
- Support the continued growth of the mold service line through training and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel 50–75% to local offices and job sites for hands-on coaching and training.
- Monitor performance metrics like revenue, close rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with local leadership to identify gaps and implement improvement plans.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in mold inspection, remediation, or related environmental services.
- IICRC Mold Remediation Specialist certification or applicable state license preferred.
- Proven ability to train, coach, and develop field teams in a trade environment.
