Job Description
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will have a pivotal role in building, shaping and scaling our product launch strategy and translating the voice of our customer. Collaborating closely with product leaders and cross-functional teams, this role blends ownership of go-to-market initiatives and enablement, building repeatable product marketing processes that drive adoption and leverage insights, and researching to develop strategic positioning for market clarity and revenue growth. This role is responsible for ensuring roadmap deliverables are clearly communicated and easy for Go-To-Market teams to adopt. It requires strong analytical skills and a focus on launching products that meet customer needs and support business growth. Establish the product marketing function by building scalable processes and frameworks that grow with the company. Lead go-to-market strategies for new products and features, including product positioning, messaging, and value propositions. Develop clear, effective enablement materials that help Go-to-Market teams communicate product value and features with confidence. Collaborate cross-functionally to test new features and gather implementation insights prior to full market launch. Represent the customer perspective by collecting insights through meetings, interviews, surveys, and engagement data to help inform product decisions. Act as the primary contact for feature-related questions from the GTM team and build self-service resources to support ongoing needs. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to evaluate feature performance and inform strategy. Contribute to market research and analysis to help identify new opportunities and areas for product expansion, in collaboration with the leadership team. Stay current on industry trends , emerging technologies, and best practices to help guide product strategy and ongoing innovation.
