VP, Marketing Operations

AlphaSense Marketing is seeking a VP of Marketing Operations, responsible for the scaling of the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that power our marketing engine. You will own our end to end marketing workflows and tech stack innovation, with a focus on integrating Digital & AI-driven tools and processes. Operational Strategy & Leadership: Own the change management of transitioning legacy infrastructure into best-in-class digital & AI-forward frameworks. Lead and scale the marketing operations function to support our new business revenue growth targets and global expansion. Partner with Sales, Finance, and Product to ensure seamless revenue operations alignment. Technology & Process: Drive the adoption of AI-enabled marketing tools to modernize workflows, automate manual tasks, and increase personalization. Build and uplift the execution of an abundance of cross-channel, multi-touch marketing programs Implement scalable workflows for the optimization of data management, accuracy, governance & cleanliness. Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing operations team. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
