Job Description
You will be the go-to expert in EOR, driving the entire sales cycle from discovery through closing, while ensuring compliance with international labor laws and building strategic, long-term client partnerships. This role combines deep product expertise, consultative selling, and cross-functional collaboration to crush sales goals and expand our global footprint. Youβll engage with pre-launch waitlist customers, respond to inquiries, qualify prospects, and work hand-in-hand with Account Executives and partners to deliver seamless, customer-first employment solutions. Discovery & Qualification: Establish trust and use advanced questioning techniques to accurately identify client needs and qualify opportunities. Disqualify poor prospects early to focus on high-potential clients. Effectively communicate the company's value proposition, aligning it with the client's strategic priorities and overcoming objections with tailored solutions.
