About the Role:
- Take ownership of service cases and deliver high-quality resolutions.
- Provide timely onsite support and ensure documentation completion.
- Communicate proactively with field and support teams.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Test, troubleshoot, and repair instruments to the FRU level.
- Analyze complex situations and apply independent judgment.
- Perform electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical repairs.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or equivalent.
- Multi-year experience with analytical laboratory instrument service.
- Excellent customer communication and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and familiarity with microfluidic systems.
- Experience with optical systems and Linux operating system.
