New Enterprise Customer Success Manager

About The Role:

• Support new customer deployments of our SaaS platform.
• Serve as a trusted partner building relationships and championing change across client operations teams.
• Drive adoption, operational alignment, and sustained organizational change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build trusted relationships with customer operations leaders and frontline teams.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process adjustments to maximize solution impact.
• Partner closely with technical project managers and integration teams to ensure data and system alignment.

• In depth understanding of carrier operations, fleet management, and logistics execution.
• Demonstrated experience driving operational improvements and change management in the transportation industry.
