Job Description
As a strategic advisor to our customers, you'll understand their business objectives to demonstrate early value creation and help them achieve the impact they desire. You'll build and maintain trusting relationships with each new customer, develop project champions, and identify key stakeholders. Ensuring TradeLink is adopted across the organization, you'll enable digital transformation by applying comprehensive change management principles, taking ownership of your customersโ roll-out processes along all steps of our customers' journey including Partner-activation. Furthermore, you'll proactively identify opportunities within the customer base for up-selling and cross-selling TradeLink services, while working closely with the sales team to evaluate and confirm opportunities, contributing to the overall growth of our network .
