Your Responsibilities:

  • You act as a strategic advisor for our customers, understand their business goals and ensure early added value and sustainable impact.
  • You build trusting customer relationships and identify relevant stakeholders.
  • You identify, understand and clearly formulate user requirements in order to enable customer-driven further development of our AI-based product features.

What you bring:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a customer-oriented role in a digital environment, ideally in the B2B SaaS area.
  • You have experience in identifying and realizing upselling and expansion potential within a customer portfolio.
  • You are a team player with a hands-on mentality and see yourself as a strategic interface between customers, product and sales.
