Group Product Manager - AI

Why This Role Exists:

• Lead HighLevel's AI product charter across multiple AI-powered product surfaces including AI Employee, Voice AI, and Conversation AI.
• Convert fast-moving AI capabilities into reliable, scalable, and monetizable products for real businesses.
• Define how HighLevel becomes the AI operating system for SMBs and the agencies that serve them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive product vision, roadmap, metrics, and operating model for the AI product portfolio.
• Manage, mentor, and coach PMs, and partner closely with engineering, marketing, and support teams.
• Own AI activation and adoption, and drive competitive research across AI agents and platforms.

What Success Looks Like:

• HighLevel's AI portfolio has a clear strategy, clean ownership, and measurable goals balancing platform leverage and revenue.
• AI Employee becomes a major growth driver with strong adoption across agencies and sub-accounts.
• HighLevel is viewed as a practical AI operating system for SMBs, not just a CRM with added AI features.
