We’re looking for a motivated and confident Recruiter to join our remote recruiting team! This is a great opportunity for someone who’s passionate about connecting people with the right career opportunities and has experience in a process outsourcing (BPO) or similar fast-paced industry. You’ll support our North American clients by sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent while learning the end-to-end recruitment process in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. As the Recruiter, you will source, screen, and prequalify candidates for various technical and professional roles. You will also coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process as well as maintain and update candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System. You will collaborate with senior recruiters to meet hiring goals and deadlines and contribute to team initiatives to improve recruitment strategies and candidate experience.
