Job Description
The Manager, Partnerships Operations is responsible for overseeing and optimizing Prime’s partnerships operations with a primary focus on donor database management, prospect management, executive support, and prospect research.
-Manage fundraising CRM (Raiser’s Edge NXT), including data entry, opportunities, maintenance, policies, and processes.
-Develop and implement data governance policies to ensure integrity and consistency; oversee data cleanup and file streamlining.
-Establish and refine reports and dashboards to track and evaluate progress toward organizational, department, and individual fundraising objectives and results.
This role also includes prospect management, supporting the CGO and CEO in managing prospect records and gift opportunities.
-Assist in coordinating project management of strategic growth department meetings, including agenda, content, and tracking decisions.
-Provide strategic and administrative support to CGO, including calendar coordination and reviewing against strategic priorities.
-Assist in the preparation of presentations, public speaking, fundraising meetings, and donor stewardship meetings, collaborating with communications and partnership teams.
Additionally, the manager will conduct donor prospect research to identify potential funding sources.
-Research and identify individual, corporate, foundation, and government funding prospects aligned with Prime's mission.
-Create comprehensive prospect profiles and briefing materials.
-Implement systems for efficient delivery of research findings and maintenance in Raiser's Edge NXT.
