About the Role:
- As a Medical Coding Auditor, you will ensure coding accuracy and compliance with CMS, payer, and organizational standards.
- You will play a critical role in providing education and feedback to coders and providers.
What You Will Do:
- Conduct routine and focused audits of medical coding for compliance.
- Develop and deliver education to improve documentation and coding accuracy.
- Assist with audit preparation, response, and maintain tracking logs.
