Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor through all customer lifecycle stages including implementation and disaster recovery testing.
  • Improve customer experience by participating in onboarding meetings and account reviews, providing technical expertise.
  • Serve as the technical voice of the customer, identifying product gaps and capturing feature requests for engineering.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role at similar companies with deep cloud expertise.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent, with working knowledge of Active Directory and Kubernetes.
  • Skilled at troubleshooting cloud networking and passionate about collaborating to understand and solve core customer problems.
