Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted technical advisor through all customer lifecycle stages including implementation and disaster recovery testing.
- Improve customer experience by participating in onboarding meetings and account reviews, providing technical expertise.
- Serve as the technical voice of the customer, identifying product gaps and capturing feature requests for engineering.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role at similar companies with deep cloud expertise.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent, with working knowledge of Active Directory and Kubernetes.
- Skilled at troubleshooting cloud networking and passionate about collaborating to understand and solve core customer problems.
