Compensation Expert (Contract)

Cohere is seeking a Compensation Expert for an intensive 2 to 3-month contract to lead a high-impact refresh of our compensation bands to help us attract top talent. We need a creative problem-solver with deep expertise and experience in competitive talent markets. As a Compensation Expert, you will analyze emerging compensation trends in the AI/ML space, benchmark against top industry data sources, and update existing and develop compensation bands for new roles/levels using innovative approaches. You will implement updated ranges for all job functions and levels by the end of December.
