Motive is seeking a Compensation Business Partner for our Go To Market function reporting to the Director, Total Rewards. You will be the subject matter expert and drive the broad-based compensation program while ensuring Motive's compensation is competitive, meaningful, performance-oriented, clearly communicated, and aligned with business priorities.
The Principal Reward Partner plays a critical role in ensuring our People Experience (PX) and Talent Experience (TX) teams are supported to make complex decisions. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing Xero's reward programs tailored for our global Revenue and Marketing organizations, aligning with Xero's strategy and supporting the attraction, motivation, and retention of key talent.
