The Senior Analyst designs, implements, and maintains Compassion's global compensation programs in accordance with Compassion's global compensation philosophy, ensuring programs and policies are administered effectively per the organization's reward strategy. The Total Rewards Manager will coordinate, update, and execute Jobber’s Total Rewards Strategy, providing timely, data-driven results based on our internal Total Rewards framework.
