About the Role:
- Drive adoption of SOCi's AI-powered capabilities to ensure customers realize high-value outcomes.
- Help customers hire, onboard, and operationalize AI agents into their business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead customer engagements including workshops, webinars, and value reviews.
- Partner cross-functionally with CSMs, Product, and Sales to eliminate friction.
