New Account Manager

This position works for customers located in Europe, requiring working hours overlapping with key European business hours. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, building account plans, developing a strong pipeline, and achieving sales and revenue retention targets. The role involves managing a portfolio of renewals, conducting quarterly value-based reviews, and handling customer inquiries. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure a world-class customer experience.
