Job Description

Drive new business, close deals, and shape PowDevs' GTM strategy as a Senior Account Executive or Head of Revenue. This is a hunter role for someone who’s led and closed large software staffing deals and owns a U.S. network. You will own and close new business opportunities, define PowDevs' sales playbook, work with recruiting to align talent delivery, build C-level relationships, and optimize the sales process. The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years of success in closing software staffing deals, a network of tech decision-makers, and a deep understanding of the nearshore market. There is room to grow into a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) role if successful.
