Key Responsibilities:
- Own the operating rhythm of the product organization.
- Serve as the primary steward of AIPDLC process integrity.
- Build and maintain the product operations playbook.
Product Analytics & Signal Management:
- Build and own the product data and analytics infrastructure.
- Operate the signal and bug review process.
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Customer Success.
Go-to-Market & Cross-Functional Alignment:
- Serve as the operational bridge between product and customer success.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on release planning.
- Partner with the sales leaders and marketing on product marketing infrastructure.
