What You'll Do:
- Own recruiting delivery: translate school needs into search plans, find and engage candidates, conduct phone screens.
- Manage school relationships: communicate with partners, set expectations, gather feedback.
- Support company development: use AI tools, test new features, provide feedback to product and engineering.
Required Qualifications:
- School recruiting experience with a strong record recruiting for schools or districts.
- Search ownership and AI proficiency.
- Organized execution and relationship building.
