The Role:

You will own how Amira attracts, hires, keeps, and supports exceptional people.
Report to the COO and partner with executives across all functions.
Lead a small team of contracted recruiters and manage external vendor relationships.

Talent Acquisition:

Design end-to-end recruiting strategy from workforce planning to offer close.
Build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles like AI/ML, speech science, and enterprise sales.
Manage ATS, sourcing tools, and budget while driving inclusive hiring practices.

Employee Engagement & Retention:

Build retention strategy using stay/exit interviews and culture survey data.
Own onboarding, recognition programs, and career path development.
Plan company offsites and team gatherings to strengthen remote-first culture.
