Job Description
As a Product Support Engineer, you will own relationships with our customers based in the EMEA region (and some prospects), while working closely with the GTM, Product, and Engineering teams. Your aim is to ensure customers successfully integrate Kiln's API-first products and continuously improve their staking/DeFi activities.
Responsibilities include onboarding and training clients on the staking process, providing technical support to address inquiries and resolve issues, communicating platform updates and enhancements, and contributing to a comprehensive knowledge base. The tech stack includes Solidity, Golang, JavaScript/Typescript, API REST, PostgreSQL, and AWS/Kubernetes.
