Job Description
This position is needed to lead and optimize Twilio’s hardware asset management for U.S.-based employees. As a Senior Strategic Asset Manager, you’ll develop and implement lifecycle strategies that ensure efficient procurement, tracking, and governance of end-user devices. This role partners cross-functionally to drive cost efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence, equipping employees with the tools they need, when they need them.
In this role, you’ll: Develop and drive enterprise-wide asset management strategies and processes to optimize IT hardware lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements. Maintain a comprehensive, real-time inventory of hardware assets and software licenses, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all systems. Lead regular audits and compliance reviews to enforce policies, mitigate risks, and uphold licensing and regulatory standards.
Analyze asset utilization, performance, and financial metrics to identify optimization opportunities, drive cost savings, and support strategic decision-making. Mentor and guide team members while championing scalable asset management best practices to enhance operational maturity and continuous improvement.
