Job Description
Legrand is looking for a Global Key Account Manager to manage and expand relationships with major global technology companies in the data center sector. This role drives growth and ensures customer satisfaction through Open Channel and High-Power Busway solutions. As the primary liaison, the GKAM will develop global account strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and align with customer roadmaps and sustainability goals. Responsibilities include owning strategic relationships, leading commercial negotiations, collaborating with engineering and product management, monitoring market trends, and ensuring service delivery.
This role requires a Bachelorβs degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, plus 5+ years of experience in key account management, preferably in the electrical or data center industry. The candidate must have the proven ability to manage global accounts, strong communication and strategic planning skills, and a deep understanding of busway systems and data center infrastructure. Travel up to 40% is required.
