Work with internal teams to resolve complex payroll issues, ensuring clear communication of status and resolutions to clients. Collaborate closely with CSMs to deliver proactive updates and best-practice guidance, ensuring a unified, high-quality client experience. The candidate should have proven experience in managing multi-country Global Payroll, with a strong understanding of payroll tax principles, social security contributions, and wage laws across multiple countries. The candidate should have strong verbal and written skills in English. Sixteen weeks paid parental leave is offered.
