Manager, SaaS Software Sourcing & Procurement

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing SaaS and AI sourcing team, setting clear priorities and performance expectations.
• Own complex SaaS negotiations including EULAs, SLAs, DPAs, and master agreements, focusing on pricing, usage, and compliance.
• Ensure sourcing activities comply with internal standards and government contracting requirements, including FAR regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience, preferably in software or SaaS.
• Proven ability to negotiate software agreements and manage strategic RFPs, supplier evaluations, and vendor relationships.
• U.S. citizenship required; ability to work remotely with occasional travel less than 10%.
