Technical Business Analyst

About the Role:

• Join a globally distributed technology team improving how businesses connect to cloud platforms, data centers, and digital infrastructure.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver clear technical requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Lead discovery sessions, investigate root causes, and challenge assumptions to solve the right problems.
• Convert functional requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation.
• Manage backlog refinement and collaborate closely with developers to clarify business logic.

What We're Looking For:

• At least five years of experience in business analysis within agile software development.
• Strong understanding of APIs, web services, and system workflows.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
