Your Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site service, including maintenance, calibration, and repairs of our measuring instruments directly at customer sites.
- Execute service and qualification work in regulated GMP environments, e.g., in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
- Ensure proper and complete documentation of performed work.
Customer Contact & Organization:
- Act as a competent contact person for customers via phone, email, and in person during service visits.
- Plan your assignments independently, manage your own spare parts inventory, and support product development with customer feedback.
Your Profile:
- Completed technical training (e.g., electronics technician, industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician), ideally with further training as a state-certified technician.
- Strong technical understanding and interest in our broad product portfolio.
- Service-oriented, independent, and solution-focused working style, with a focus on high customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to travel, including regular overnight stays and occasional assignments in other service areas.
- Negotiation-level German and advanced English skills; valid driver's license class 3 or B.
