Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and service repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.
  • Maintain accurate customer service logs, order repair parts, and adhere to cycle times.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers and assist in training newer Field Service Engineers.

Essential Requirements:

  • Associate degree in technical, biomedical, instrumentation, electrical engineering or related field, or equivalent military experience.
  • 1+ year experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotic, electronic equipment.
  • Ability to travel 100%, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks like bending, stooping, and reaching.

Preferred Experience:

  • 3+ years advanced troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience building relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly range $33-$36 per hour, plus bonus/incentive pay.
