Key Responsibilities:
- Complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and service repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.
- Maintain accurate customer service logs, order repair parts, and adhere to cycle times.
- Communicate with internal and external customers and assist in training newer Field Service Engineers.
Essential Requirements:
- Associate degree in technical, biomedical, instrumentation, electrical engineering or related field, or equivalent military experience.
- 1+ year experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotic, electronic equipment.
- Ability to travel 100%, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks like bending, stooping, and reaching.
Preferred Experience:
- 3+ years advanced troubleshooting experience.
- Experience building relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly range $33-$36 per hour, plus bonus/incentive pay.
