Global Service Delivery Specialist for Mobility Services

Responsibilities:

• Act as the central contact for automotive expertise in roadside assistance, shaping efficient repair and support processes.
• Build and manage a central knowledge database, create clear instructions and training materials for service agents and external partners.
• Monitor training success, optimize communication between first and second level support, and explore new technologies like AI and AR.

Qualifications:

• Completed technical training as an automotive mechatronics technician or similar, with excellent diagnostic experience.
• Cross-OEM experience and deep understanding of vehicle models; practical experience in customer service or technical support preferred.
• Structured, analytical, team player with strong communication skills; fluent in English and German.

Additional Information:

• This position can be performed at locations in Berlin, Magdeburg, or Leipzig.
• The role is part of Bosch Service Solutions Magdeburg GmbH.
