Responsibilities:
- You will register and forward IT and network errors to the appropriate resolution teams.
- You will diagnose and resolve first-level network outages using IT tools.
- You will monitor network devices in an automated monitoring system and proactively prevent predictable outages.
Requirements:
- You have strong upper-intermediate German language skills and basic English.
- You have at least secondary education and affinity for IT.
- You are accurate, multitasking, and a team player with customer-oriented mindset.
Additional Information:
- Possibility to work remotely within Hungary due to European taxation restrictions.
- Shift work required (24/7) as part of international service.
