Job Description
As an Account Executive, you'll manage end-to-end relationships with client founders and hiring managers and understand hiring needs to translate them into effective sourcing strategies. You'll use Weekdayโs tools to identify, engage, and qualify top candidates, run weekly check-ins with clients to share progress and refine hiring priorities, and track candidates through the interview funnel, remove blockers, and ensure smooth progression. You'll also own revenue targets for the client portfolio.
The first 90 days involve learning the product and process by shadowing a senior AE, supporting them by sourcing candidates and joining client calls, and then taking full ownership of accounts, leading client conversations, managing hiring pipelines, and driving revenue.
