Job Description
As a Senior Talent Account Executive, you would prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospects. You will create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on the pipeline status. It will be important to listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams, as well as being proactive about solving problems and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
This role requires 8+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Experience with Recruiting/HR software and SaaS opportunities is preferred along with knowledge of software contract terms and conditions.
