What you will do:
- Own growth for a product-led SaaS business: sharpen the product, drive acquisition and activation, and build a scalable go-to-market engine.
- Drive operational excellence: build budgets, track KPIs, optimize ROI, and implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
- Build, coach, and retain a high-performing leadership team; ensure organizational resilience across multiple brands.
What you bring:
- Proven leadership as a CEO, GM, or senior executive in B2B SaaS HR Tech, ideally product-led.
- Strong operational and commercial background with core strengths in marketing and product.
- Solid financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility.
