What you're really doing:

  • Read a customer's stack for what it is and find where field data must land.
  • Recommend configurations that get data to the right place with minimal customer effort.

This is a hands-on seat:

  • Implement integrations, load documentation, build reports, and validate data integrity.
  • Open the laptop and build; this is not an advisory role.

What you own:

  • Integration design: decide where Airwave connects and how data flows.
  • Documentation load-in, reports, and integration builds per customer.
  • IT relationship: handle credentials, security, and technical handshake.

How you work with the field:

  • Propose design and reports; CSM and field expert confirm fit before final.
  • Build yourself; field keeps a veto to ensure usability.
