Sales & Business Development:
- Coordinating with executives to define business development strategies.
- Managing regional sales representative organizations.
- Acting as the initial technical point of contact for representatives.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Mapping and documenting customer organizational structures.
- Building customer relationships across the customer enterprise.
- Documenting customer engagements in CRM.
