Job Description
Provide end-to-end administrative support to a U.S.-based independent realtor. Own calendar/email management, contract preparation, scheduling, CRM updates, and warm lead follow-ups by phone and email. Bring strong organization, attention to detail, and professional communication, with reliable overlap in U.S. Eastern Time.
Manage calendar, inbox, scheduling of showings/appointments. Draft and prepare standard real estate contracts/forms, maintain CRM data hygiene, make outbound calls to warm leads, and track tasks/deadlines. Prepare documents from MLS/real estate websites. General admin support to free up agent.
Must have 3–4+ years as a VA/Admin (real estate experience strongly preferred). Excellent English, EST overlap, CRM proficiency, and contract familiarity. Detail orientation, reliability, proactive communication, and confidentiality are essential.
