Senior Payroll Associate

We're looking for a Senior Payroll Associate to join our team at Deel. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll execution according to the country specific legislation. You'll perform end-to-end payroll operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support employees and clients with complex payroll needs. Responsibilities include overseeing the processing of payroll data for employees, maintaining accurate employee records, verifying and reconciling employee data, assisting with payroll tax calculations and filings as per Japan legislation, providing support to employees, ensuring compliance with Japan payroll laws, and leading the implementation of new payroll processes.
