Director of Product Management

The Director of Product Management will contribute to product strategy with the following:

• Define and drive a multi-year product strategy and roadmap for the Literacy/ELA product line.
• Lead customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable deliverables and track progress against key metrics.

The Director of Product Management will collaborate with cross-functional teams with the following:

• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Marketing, and Sales to ensure alignment and delivery of high-impact solutions.
• Participate in annual planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Represent the product line as a thought leader internally and externally.

The Director of Product Management will mentor team members with the following:
