Job Description
As an RFx Manager, you will lead and manage the full RFx lifecycle (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs), ensuring timely, high-quality, and compliant responses. You will also serve as the administrator of Loopio, building and maintaining content libraries, templates, and automation with Salesforce to accelerate response time. In this role, you will partner with Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and Security teams to gather accurate information and create compelling proposals. You will proofread, edit, and refine responses to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with Camunda’s brand voice. Finally, you will track, analyze, and report on RFx activity and outcomes, using data to improve efficiency and close rates.
