Integration Engineer

The Integration Engineer conducts implementation activity, executing on the standard implementation methodology across Nextech’s suite of solutions. They also provide advanced technical services and support for Nextech Software Products in accordance with clients' needs. Responsibilities merging clinical databases into a single instance, implementing technical features in the software, involving issue investigation, creative problem solving, and training clients and internal staff as needed. Essential functions include conducting client training, completing administrative tasks, maintaining proficiency in Nextech software, answering project-related calls, responding to technical service requests, maintaining client contact for satisfaction, documenting interface configurations in Salesforce, creating documentation, and evaluating client hardware. Knowledge of HL7 standards is required.
