Key Responsibilities:

Translate business priorities into enablement roadmaps and own the quarterly planning processes.
Establish the operating rhythm and measurement frameworks to drive team execution and demonstrate business impact.
Act as a strategic partner to enablement leadership and manage cross-functional alignment projects.

Qualifications:

Possess 8+ years of experience in enablement or revenue operations within a high-growth SaaS environment.
Demonstrate deep expertise in measurement, analytics, and designing strategic roadmaps for GTM teams.
Show strong systems thinking, process design skills, and exceptional stakeholder management abilities.
