  • Offer personalized itineraries according to client needs.
  • Manage group and seminar booking requests.

Profile:

  • Excellent written and oral command of English.
  • Significant experience in guest relations or commercial advice.
  • Strong sense of customer service, listening skills, and empathy.

Operational support:

  • Provide regular reporting to management.
  • Participate in the improvement of internal procedures.
  • Use CRM and booking tools in compliance with established processes.
