Job Description
Accountabilities:
-Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair desktop, notebook, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
-Respond to incidents, diagnose complex technical problems, and provide effective solutions.
-Support cross-functional IT projects and programs of low to medium complexity.
Requirements:
-Associate degree or technical institute degree/certificate.
-4–6 years of relevant technical support experience; healthcare experience preferred.
-Proficiency in troubleshooting desktop, mobile, and peripheral devices.
