Job Description
Lead IDEMIA’s strategic relationship with a Tier 1 mobile network operator (MNO) in this fully remote position based anywhere in the US with a major airport. Responsible for growing account revenue and expanding IDEMIA presence by building a pipeline of new opportunities, managing customer retention and renewal, upselling, and adding new logos. The account director identifies use cases for IDEMIA technologies and solutions, developing commercial insights which leverage these technologies. Leads technical, enterprise sales processes and drives revenue growth via expansion and new logo growth. Establishes strong relationships at all levels, serving as the primary escalation point and communicating client needs to IDEMIA management. Proven sales achievements managing complex enterprise accounts and expertise negotiating sales agreements are expected.
