Sales Support and Order Fulfillment:

• Aides in generating sales quotes for the commercial team.

Coordination and Communication:

• Coordinates internal and external requests, ensuring they reach the responsible parties.
• Collaborates with teams like Accounting to ensure correct invoice generation.
• Communicates effectively with various stakeholders, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.

Process Improvement and Compliance:

• Works on internal projects to improve efficiency and processes.
• Helps maintain databases as needed.
• Complies with Quality Management System (QMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) standards.
