Dispatcher (DSR – Dispatch Service Representative)

About the Role:

• We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Dispatcher (DSR).
• This role is critical in ensuring smooth daily operations, efficient scheduling, and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls based on priority, location, and availability
• Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
• Communicate with technicians in real-time to provide updates, directions, and support

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatching, coordination, operations or a similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent English communication skills
