Job Description

We're looking for a hands-on ERP Support Specialist (m/f/d) to strengthen our team and take responsibility for first and second-level support across multiple ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 and D365. Your core responsibility will be to monitor, analyze, and resolve technical support issues, primarily surfaced through batch processes and system notifications managed via our shared inbox in Front. This is a great role for someone with a technical background who enjoys structured support work and collaborating with various teams. The ERP Support Specialist will handle technical support requests and incidents across AX 2009 and D365, Monitor and react to batch job errors and alerts via the Front app, ensuring issues are resolved or escalated appropriately, (Proactive) check of measurement data for interfaces and services, Investigate functional or configuration-related root causes with internal teams or external partners, and Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure data flows and integrations operate reliably.
